Emily Troncoso is Chief Compliance Officer at Navy Federal Credit Union (NFCU). She oversees the team of over 80 talented professionals in Compliance and Public Policy for NFCU. In this role, she is responsible for providing compliance support to all business units in the organization. Since joining Navy Federal in 2016, Troncoso has held a variety of leadership roles, most recently as Deputy General Counsel. Earlier in her career, she worked on financial services issues at a major law firm and clerked for a federal judge.
